A new chapter begins for Sonoma County’s LGBTQIA+ professional network.
HEALDSBURG, Calif. – Professionals With Pride (PWP) is proud to announce the appointment of Maben Rainwater as its first-ever executive director.
Rainwater brings decades of leadership experience across healthcare, business development, and community service. He most recently served as Practice Manager at Audiology Associates in Santa Rosa. Before that, he directed the North Bay Neuroscience Institute, a clinical trials institute specializing in Alzheimer’s research, and spent more than four years as Director of Business Development at Healdsburg District Hospital, where he grew outpatient services and strengthened the hospital’s presence in the community. He also founded and led Rural Water Resources, a start-up serving private well owners, and holds an MBA in finance and marketing.
A longtime public servant, Rainwater served for 14 years as a trustee of the Twin Hills Union School District in Sebastopol, including a term as board president.
